Yesss! We kunnen weer beginnen met onze behandelingen!

Op 6 mei hebben we groen licht gekregen vanuit de overheid om de werkzaamheden weer op te pakken. Hier zijn wij natuurlijk ontzettend blij mee en we willen dan ook zo goed mogelijk aan de slag gaan. Dit kan weer per 11 mei.

Zoals u ongetwijfeld ook heeft gehoord is het openstellen van de zogenaamde ‘contactberoepen’, waar Beauty @ the basement ook onder valt, niet geheel zonder regels. We moeten deze regels samen naleven om te voorkomen dat we beboet worden, of, als deze lichte versoepeling niet goed verloopt, we weer terug moeten naar volledige sluiting van de zaak.

Kortom, uw volledige medewerking en begrip is nodig om deze lichte versoepeling van de lockdown op een verantwoorde en veilige manier een succes te maken.

Wat spreken we met elkaar af:

Bij klachten (verkoudheid, hoesten, niezen, verhoging) verzet u uw afspraak naar een later moment. Als blijkt dat u klachten heeft als u toch op uw afspraak verschijnt zijn wij vanuit de overheid verplicht uw behandeling te weigeren. Houd hier alstublieft rekening mee.
Kom alleen naar de afspraak, dus niet met partner, vriend(in) of kinderen etc. Er is geen ruimte voor meerdere mensen in de wachtruimte om de veilige afstand te bewaren. Kinderen vallen dus ook onder deze regel en kunnen helaas niet toegelaten worden.
Kom op tijd naar uw afspraak. Zoals u weet hebben we een hoop afspreken in te halen door de lockdown. We werken dus op een strak schema om alle afspraken zo goed en efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen waarmaken. U kunt hier aan bijdragen door op tijd te verschijnen.
- Bent u te vroeg? Gezien de kleine wachtruimte zult u buiten moeten wachten, zoals u ook veel ziet bij winkels, apotheken en dokters.
- Bent u te laat? Dan kunnen wij u helaas niet helpen. Gezien de enorme inhaalslag die we samen moeten maken kunnen we het ons absoluut niet permitteren uit te lopen met afspraken. U wilt zelf ook dat uw behandeling op tijd begint en niet later omdat uw voorganger te laat is gekomen. Bovendien hebben wij tijd tussen de afspraken nodig om het hygiëne-protocol goed na te kunnen leven m.b.t. schoonmaken van de behandelruimte en het apparatuur.
Ontharingsbehandeling? U dient zich 24 uur van tevoren goed te scheren. Dit was al een regel maar we benadrukken deze nogmaals, omdat we u niet kunnen behandelen als u zich niet goed heeft voorbereid. Dit ook omwille van de tijd en de strakke tijdsplanning.

Goed om te weten

Mocht u zelf een mondkapje willen dragen tijdens de behandelingen dient u deze zelf mee te nemen. Er is voldoende desinfectie materiaal aanwezig, maar mondkapjes verstrekken wij niet. Mede door het warmere weer en het feit dat er bij veel mensen soms wel 3 maanden geen behandeling is geweest komen er veel vragen over de huidige haargroei. Geen reden tot paniek, dit komt allemaal goed.

Na 1 behandeling zullen de meeste slapende haartjes die tijdens de afgelopen periode actief geworden zijn gewoon weer uitvallen.

Yessss! We can re-start our beauty treatments!

On May 6th we received a ‘go’ from our government to restart our business. Ofcourse we are superthrilled about this and we want to do this as good as possible under the given circumstances. We will start our treatments again on 12th of May.
As you probably may have heard is the re-start of the so-called ‘close contact professions’ not without strict rules. We must follow these rules to prevent us from getting fined or worse, close our business again. If the government sees an increase of contamination or hospitalization we risk getting shut down again. In short, we need your full cooperation and understanding to make this ‘lighter lockdown’ successful in a responsible and safe way.

What do we agree upon when starting business again?

With (light) symptoms of sickness (cold, coughing, sneezing, (light-)fever) you re-schedule your appointment. We will check this again prior to your appointment and if you have any of the symptoms mentioned we are by government obliged to refuse treatment. Please keep this in ind.
Come alone, so not with a friend, partner or child(ren). In our small waiting area there is nospace to keep a safe distance from eachother. This rule also applies to children and therefor cannot be admitted.
Be on time. As you can imagine we have a lot of catching up to do because of the lockdown. We’re working with a super-tight schedule to service you as good and efficient as possible. You can help us doing so by being on time.
Too early? Because of the small waiting area we have to ask you to wait outside,
like with all other businesses such as shops, doctors and pharmacies. This way wecan keep a safe distance from each other.
Too late? In this case we can not help you anymore.
Giving the huge amount of extra appointments we have make we cannot afford to start treatment later or that the next treatment will start later which is not fair to other customers. On top of that we need the time in between appointments to meet the hygiene requirements of cleaning the equipment and treatment-areas.
Hair removal treatment? Please shave 24 hours in advance. This was already a strict request but now even more so. We cannot start treatment if you are not well-prepared. This, again, also because of our tight schedule.

Good to know

We can imagine that you would prefer to wear mouth/nose protection during the treatments. You need to bring this yourself. We have disinfectant available but no mouth/nose protection Due to the warmer weather and the fact that some customers haven’t had treatment for quite some time we get a lot of questions about current hairgrowth. No need to panic. After one treatment most of the ‘sleeping hair’ that has become active in the passed period of time will fall out again.
